We provide the yacht care and boat maintenance service plans that meet your needs
Rinse Downs
With recently washed boats the dusty and salty air can still give your vessel a dirty look. So a rinse down comes into play, we just rinse it with regular old water and dry it. The amount of dirt and salt will depend on your boat's location, but usually 1-2 times per week will keep your boat looking nice. Some nice equipment to have for every boat is an inline water softener, this buddy will reduce all of the calcium and magnesium in the water making it softer. This will result in a more boat-friendly water for the vessel, reducing the risk of leaving water spots and marks all over your asset.
Wash Downs
After a heavy weekend bathing in the salty waters, navigating the ICW or just fishing, your boat most likely will need a well deserved full-soap wash. Bear in mind that we only use soap with wax so your fiberglass does not lose any shiny properties.
Fiberglass Polishing
Depending if your boat is covered, under the shade or directly under the sun, polishing frequency can vary. Our team is constantly on the lookout for the correct time to polish your vessel and restore that glass like look. Having a well polished boat will make the drying process easier and faster, will give your friends and others a good impression and will keep the boat alive.
Interior Cleaning and Detailing
Whether it is just a small cabin or a large yacht with various staterooms, it needs to be cleaned. As we vacuum, broom and swiff away dirt and dust we also carry on any detailing needed to have a house-like feeling inside your vessel. Putting all of the tableware where it belongs, glasses, removing stains, cleaning fridges/freezers and more.
All Systems Check
Often not seem like a priority but not only the engines but all of the peripheral systems in the engine room or bilge area play a crucial role in the life and whole experience of the vessel. Therefore, we dedicate a great deal of time to all of these systems and make sure they are up and running, always focusing on preventive maintenance and not reactive maintenance.
Teak Maintenance
Depending on the condition of the teak and the silicone a 3-step-acid process can be done to restore the life of the teak. This will give your vessel a “wow” look and a completely renewed experience out in the water. The important factor is to properly maintain the teak afterwards. Not letting dirt and other foregin elements accumulate in the boat overtime, cleaning any stains as quickly as possible.
Metal Polishing
Metals not only suffer from rust but also from water stains. Polishing them with special compounds can restore them and keep the shiny loop it once had. Frequency will vary depending on the location of the vessel and the amount of sun it receives every day.
Storm Preparation
If a named storm comes to our boating area certain precautions must be taken. Sometimes changing a vessel's location to a more secure dock is not possible, hence the boat needs to be secured in place. We follow well-known practices with plenty of redundancies so your boat has the highest chances of not being affected by a storm or hurricane.
Bottom Cleaning
Even if a boat is protected with anti fouling bottom paint, the power of underwater bottom cleaning is tremendous. It lengthens the life of the paint, hence the periods between haulouts, keeps fuel efficiency on point and secures top speeds when cruising around.
Zinc Replacement
Sometimes this small job is often forgotten since we never see it. But, replacing old weared sacrificial anodes on time will make sure to provide proper grounding to your boat.
Third Party Jobs Coordination & Oversight
In the event that the vessel owner wants to hire a third party contractor directly to perform any job, we can overlook it and be the owner's eyes. This will make sure the job is correctly done, the boat is taken care of during the length of the work and the task is completed.
Tender-Toys-BBQ
Tenders, wakeboard, BBQs and any other extra toys are also a part of your vessel, hence they are also taken care of. Tenders need to be maintained according to the manufacturers specifications. We either bring the technician to the boat or we take the boat to the technician. Wakeboards, hydrofoil boards, inflatables, surfboards, and others are as well washed, rinsed, and properly stored for its next use.
